Hey, my name is Kevin and I want to share my fitness journey with you
Ever since I could remember, I was always fascinated with the guys I would see in fitness and bodybuilding magazines. The combination of being very muscular and big while at the same time being very lean or “jacked” was absolutely amazing to me. I was probably 23 when I joined my first gym, which was the YMCA! I was hooked after that! At the same time, I also became enamored with tennis. Tennis is one of the best sports to not only enhance your aerobic capacity but also your anerobic capabilities as well. Plus, the thrill of competition just added to my love of the game. I’ve been dedicated to both activities ever since, playing as many OTA tennis tournaments as I could all throughout my late 20s and 30s.
There have been two big moments in my fitness journey that have lead to me to believe that there was a better way to helping people achieve their fitness goals. The first was when I hired my first personal trainer. I was very excited and hyped to take my resistance training to the next level. I knew that eating properly was very critical to getting that ripped midsection, however, my personal trainer didn’t want to give me any nutritional advice. It was liking pulling teeth trying to get her to give me a meal plan or even meal plan advice. Eventually she did, but that is when I started thinking about the lack of proper nutritional advice that trainers give, if any at all. nutrition is the key to everything. There are no improvements in your physique without it.
The second big moment happened at a time when everyone was hunkered down at home with absolutely nothing to do. You know what I’m talking about: COVID! The best thing that came out of that was because everything was closed, the only thing people could do was work out or play outdoor sports. I took full advantage of this and the incredibly hot and beautiful weather we had that summer to really improve my tennis game. I went from being average at best to very competitive, improving all aspects of my game and being able to walk on a tennis court with complete confidence that if I couldn’t win the match, I would at least given my opponent something to worry about.
Here’s the part of my journey that is relevant to you. I first noticed with my own personal trainer that the full spectrum of what’s required for getting into better shape and looking better was not being taught to me. I’m talking about common sense training that focuses on nutrition as well as training. The type of advice that’s going to give you powerful results in the quickest possible time. I want to assure you that my goal is to help you achieve these maximum results in a safe and effective way. I also provide tennis lessons for people who are passionate about tennis and want to take their fitness to the next level, like I have. There’s no better time than now to get into the physical shape of you life. Let me help you get there!
